My name is Ewa Adams
I am a leadership trainer and consultant with a background that bridges business, operations, coaching and behavioural development.
My work combines practical leadership development with strategic thinking, change support and human-centred performance. I bring together an MBA, professional coaching training, train-the-trainer qualifications, PRISM Brain Mapping certification, and hands-on experience in operations, team training and change management.
What matters to me is not leadership in theory, but leadership that works in real organisations, with real people, under real pressure.
That is why I created O.R.I.G.A.M.I. methodology inspired by the idea that strong performance is shaped with intention. Not forced through pressure alone, but built through clarity, values coherence, self-awareness and better decisions over time.
